The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We are performing essential maintenance to upgrade the storage nodes sequentially for the cluster that are managed by Radiant. This upgrade will mitigate a critical drive firmware bug.
The upgrades will take place from 10am to 4pm BST on September 2nd. There will be minimal performance impact to production, however the Weka service will remain online throughout the maintenance window.
A team of Radiant and storage engineers will be performing the upgrades and will monitor the entire upgrade process.
